Return and Refund Policies

If unfortunately you have received a damaged or defective product you can raise a return request on the Website along with the picture of defect product. You can inform us through customer care no or writing to the email id: [email protected] within 3 days of delivery. Your item must be in the original packaging. It also needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase along With the original price tags, labels and packing materials.
After the product is received proper quality check will be done to verify your claim. If the product is really found to be defective from our end we will approve your claim and accordingly replacement or refund will be initiated. Please note that replacement would depend upon the stock availability.

Replacement/Refunds requests will not accepted under following cases –
If Products are Altered/ Used
If Product are returned without Original Packaging (which also includes price tags, labels & accessories)

In case the product was damaged while in your possession, Pauls Endeavour will not be under any liability to process the refund/replacement

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after doing thorough quality check of the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account (or original method of payment). You will receive the refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s/bank’s policies.

In case of any clarification or if you have not received the refund within the stipulated time, kindly contact your banks to know the status of the transaction. Please note that original (onward) shipping charges are nonrefundable.
